Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake

Chocolate Mousse

This Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake is an amazing combination of chocolate cake, chocolate fudge, and a dark and white chocolate mousse! Smooth and creamy layers of mousse on top of a rich, moist cake.


Ingredients

Base
Bourbon biscuits – 200gm
Melted butter – 50gm

Dark chocolate mousse
Dark chocolate – 150gm
Cooking cream – 1/2 cup
Whipping cream – 2/3 cup
Gelatin – 1tsp
Water – 1tbsp + 1tsp

Milk chocolate mousse
Milk chocolate – 150gm
Cooking cream – 1/2 cup
Whipping cream – 2/3 cup
Gelatin – 1tsp
Water – 1tbsp + 1tsp

White chocolate mousse
White chocolate – 150gm
Cooking cream – 1/2 cup
Whipping cream – 2/3 cup
Gelatin – 1tsp
Water – 1tbsp + 1tsp

Method

  • Process the biscuits into crumbs & add melted butter
  • Set the biscuits mixture in 8inch cake pan
  • Heat cream, add chocolate & melt, mean while soak gelatin for 10 minutes & melt
  • Add gelatin in chocolate mixture & cool down completely
  • Make whipping cream & mix with chocolate mixture & pour into cake pan ,set 20 minutes in refrigerate.
  • Repeat the same process for white & milk chocolate mousse & refrigerate for 4 hours or more.
  • Serve it chill
