Sticky Rice with Mango

I have got inspired from this easy and tasty asian sweet preparation from my trip in Thailand streets. Sticky rice and mango is my all time favorite. If you don’t have the sticky rice, you can use white rice(you won’t get the exact taste, but similar to it) as it go well with mango and coconut milk.
Do try this pure vegan sweet.


  • Sticky rice-1 cup
  • Coconut milk-2/3 cup
  • Sugar-2/3 cup
  • Mango-2 pcs
  • Sesame seed white-1 tsp
  • Pistachio powder-pinch


  • Cook sticky rice with the water
  • Once the rice is cooked, add the coconut milk and cook well
  • After the rice absorbed the coconut milk add the sugar and stir it well
  • Cut the mangoes in your desired shape you like (I prefer it as slices)
  • On the other side toast the sesame seed and keep it ready
  • Plate the rice top them with toasted sesame, pistachio powder and mango on the side

Enjoy this delicious sweet anytime you can also prepare in advance and keep it in the chiller upto 3 days
