Normally summer season is a right time for good quality mangoes, This is not the traditional kulfi and that is why it is so popular with everyone. Canned condensed milk and milk powder instead of reducing milk so I take advantage of their existence. Which means I don’t need to stand and stir milk for hours. It takes five minutes to blend the mangoes, and another two ingredients to combine everything in a bowl.
Mango – I am using fresh mangoes from my backyard. You can also substitute with Guava or Banana will give good results
Condensed milk – This is reduced milk that has been sweetened. You can use store-bought or homemade sweetened condensed milk.
Milk powder – You can use store-bought
- Fresh mango pulp – 1 cup
- Milk powder – 1/4 cup
- Condensed milk – 1/4 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- In a blender add all the ingredients and blend to a purée
- Pour the mixture in a kulfi mould And freeze for 12 hours
- De mould the kulfi and serve
