Oreo white chocolate tart

It a simple recipe with 4 ingredients. Can be made easily because it is no bake dessert. For the Oreo lovers its a treat.


  • Oreo Biscuits – 10 nos
  • Unsalted butter – 3 tbsp
  • Full fat cream – 1 cup
  • Chopped white chocolate or White chocolate chips – 1 cup


  • Remove the cream from cookie and save it separate.
  • Blend the cookie and the butter together in a blender
  • In two tart mould layer the cookie mix and press well with hands and on to the bottom and up to sides
  • Refrigerate the mould for 30 minutes
  • Boil the cream in the pan, once boiled remove from the heat
  • Add the the cream removed from the Oreo cookie and the chocolate and mix gently until the chocolate dissolves
  • Strain the mix to remove if any lumps
  • Chilling the filling on a ice or leave it to let it cool down to room temperature
  • Remove the tart mould from refrigerator and pour the chocolate mix in the Oreo tart mould
  • Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours
  • After 3 to 4 hours unmould the tart, cut in to pieces and serve
